Are You Lazy? Be Carefull, It Can Excruciate Your Kidney

Well, i have just found an interisting news, maybe it will shock you, but my purpose here is just for sharing good information only. This news is about our activity can influence our hetlh.

Sitting all day in front of the TV is fun, especially while watching a favorite movie. Although good for relieving stress, this practice should not become a habit for a long time because it can damage the kidneys if it is not balanced with exercise.

Researchers in the UK recently proved that the length of time spent sitting is closely linked to its risk of chronic kidney damage. The more often sit and rarely move, the higher the risk of developing kidney disease.

In this study, Thomas Yates of the University of Leicester involves no less than 5650 adults in the UK. The participants were divided into 3 groups based on the length of the day sitting, the high risk (8-24 hours), medium (3.2 to 7.8 hours) and low (0-3 hours).

When compared with the risk of kidney damage, Yates revealed that the group with the risk of being at risk of kidney damage 30 percent more than high-risk groups. They are moderate risk group, the risk of kidney damage 20 percent lower than the high-risk group.

These data indicate that the longer the time spent for someone to sit, the greater the risk of kidney damage encountered. However, in this study, the effect is more observed in female participants than male participants.

Unfortunately again, exercise can only reduce and not completely eliminate the risk of kidney damage if not done regularly. Instead the women, as quoted by NBC News, Sunday (30/09/2012), the sport does not even cover the effects of too much sitting.

Not known for sure how they can influence each other, but since the first was too much sitting is considered unhealthy. Not only damage the kidneys, but also increases the risk of obesity, type 2 diabetes mellitus and cardiovascular disorders.
